The sequence of actions to get an adviser
For new FxPro clients:
1) Click on the “Open Account” button above and register with the broker. Before clicking on the button, we advise you to clear your browser cookies. If you don’t know how to do this, you can simply use a different browser that you don’t normally use.
2) Write me a message indicating the account number in Telegram or WhatsApp, my contacts here.
For existing FxPro clients:
For those clients who want to receive a Robot, but opened an account with FxPro not through our affiliate link, there are the following options:
1) You can write to the support of the broker and ask him to transfer your account to our affiliate group. To do this, send a message to the broker support with the following content:
Hello dear FxPro support! I am your client. I ask you to assign my account No. ****** to a partner with a partner code – 4914453 . I would be extremely grateful for your understanding. Sincerely, *****!
But you should know that the transfer of an existing account is possible only if there has not been a single transaction on the account yet. If the account was traded, then the transfer is not possible.
2) If your account has already been traded and cannot be transferred, you will need to open a new trading account. To do this, log in to your FxPro personal account and click the “Open a trading account” button in the “My Accounts” section. After the trading account is opened, it is necessary to send exactly the same message to the broker support as in the first option.
3) After your existing or new account has been assigned to us, you will need to write me a message indicating the account number in Telegram or WhatsApp, my contacts are here.
